Bienvenidos a My Own Bake donde hemos creado un espacio para publicar artículos de diferentes temas. Será un espacio libre en donde podrás conocer desde la filosofía de la marca, hasta cualidades de los ingredientes que utilizamos, y más, para que tu puedas conocer el pensamiento que hay detrás de My Own Bake. Gracias por ser parte de la comunidad MOB, estamos abiertos a sugerencias de temas en lo que estés interesado o algo sobre lo que te gustaría saber más.
Hoy voy a hablarte de mi corta/larga trayectoria dentro de esta industria y cual ha sido mi experiencia. Me gusta hablar mucho de este tema porque me he dado cuenta en estos dos años que a las personas que les interesa saber sobre mi trayectoria les interesa justamente lo mismo; hoy vengo a decirte lo que siempre contesto… yo, al igual que tú, algún día me sentí perdida, hasta la fecha hay días en los que me siento insegura. Hoy quiero decirte que es completamente normal sentir miedo o incertidumbre, no eres diferente por tenerlo. Creo que vivimos en un mundo extremadamente competitivo y por estar viendo lo que hacen los demás nos olvidamos vernos a nosotros mismos y nuestras áreas de oportunidad, se nos olvida que somos capaces de ser creativos, de crear, que no necesitamos tomar ejemplos de otras personas. Es cierto que es bueno aprender en cabeza ajena, o inspirarnos de lo que vemos, sin embargo, creo firmemente en que cada marca debe de tener su propia personalidad y su esencia única, ¿Cómo es tu marca diferente a la competencia? A pesar de que todo el mundo venda manzanas, ¿Cómo la que tu vendes va a ser diferente? Mantenerse creativo es la clave. Te dejo un ejercicio al que yo acudo cuando se me nubla la creatividad y el cual me ayuda muchísimo al grado que mi mente empieza a volar y necesito una libreta para apuntar soluciones y/o nuevas ideas.

ACTIVIDAD:
En una hoja haz 5 columnas con 4 filas de círculos ( 20 círculos en total), vas a rellenar cada círculo con un dibujito. Muchas veces nos ciclamos en lo mismo y nos cuesta pensar o crear algo nuevo, esta actividad ayuda muchísimo a relajarnos, salirnos de esa caja, liberar estrés para poder dejar entrar la creatividad. Les anexamos una foto del ejercicio en blanco y como debe de quedar.

Mi segundo consejo: ¡¡¡RELÁJATE!!! Hay tiempo para todo. Con el paso del tiempo me he dado cuenta que las cosas hechas con prisa no suelen salir bien. Pienso que es mejor irte acercando a tu sueño o meta aprendiendo poco a poco que apresurándote. Te aseguro que cuando haces las cosas con calma y aprendiendo de cada proceso, tu curva de aprendizaje va a ser menor y los que te sigan van a poder aprender, al mismo de tiempo, de ti. Si te equivocas (te vas a equivocar, es un hecho) ¡RELÁJATE! Apunta en que fallaste y en que puedes mejorar. Este consejo me lo dio una persona alguna vez y me dijo: “cuando te equivoques y estés apuntando tus áreas de mejora, de pasada apunta – bajarle dos rayitas a tu temperamento”, yo me reí, claro que me reí, porque era muy cierto, cada error en el que caía me causaba mucho enojo o mucho rechazo para mi misma y la única realidad es que nadie es perfecto y siempre nos vamos a equivocar.
Mi tercer consejo: PRIORIDADES. Los sueños no ocurren desde el sillón de tu casa, ni en una playa, ni viendo tele, debes de salir de tu zona de confort y echarle ganas. Se puede escuchar muy fuerte, pero es una realidad y cuesta mucho; si cuesta es porque vale la pena y te indica que vas en la dirección correcta. Es súper importante saber elegir desde el fondo de tu corazón tu sueño, porque si no es así priorizar tu tiempo va a ser muy difícil. Sin embargo, he aprendido que poner prioridades en tus tiempos para acercarte a tu meta es una parte esencial del emprendimiento. Puede ser confuso cuando digo que te relajes y al mismo tiempo que establezcas prioridades, pero en realidad las prioridades salen de manera natural cuando vas por el sueño correcto. Por ejemplo, cualquier persona diría que mi prioridad es la cocina o mi negocio, y si claro que es muy importante para mí; sin embargo, mis prioridades son de la siguiente manera:
1 – Yo
2 – Familia/amigos
3 – Trabajo
Esta es mi lista de prioridades, pero no significa que para todos deba de ser así, pero en lo personal mi manera de ver las cosas es: “Si yo estoy bien mental, emocional y físicamente (salud) voy a poder estar bien con mi familia y amigos. Si estoy bien conmigo misma, con mi familia y con mis amigos, entonces voy a poder trabajar al 110% dándole resultados a mi negocio”. Me ha funcionado ya por un tiempo. Estoy consciente de que todo puede cambiar, pero así es ahora.
Esta es parte de mi historia y más que nada de mis aprendizajes mas grandes que me ha dejado mi pasado, aprendizajes que me han ayudado a estar en donde estoy ahorita; se que me falta mucho camino por recorrer y me emociona pensarlo, pero me siento muy satisfecha conmigo misma de saber lo que he podido lograr hasta el día de hoy. Espero que esto te anime a perseguir tu sueño o acercarte más a él. Acuérdate que todo es alcanzable, aférrate a tus sueños y ellos se aferrarán a ti.
